This feature allows you to edit your products quickly and easily. Edit your products names, prices, stock levels and more in-line and move products between categories instantly with our brand new drag and drop functionality.
You can navigate through your shop’s category structure using the left-hand menu. You can select your homepage as well as any category and sub-category pages using the plus and minus icons.
Clicking a page will display all products contained within that category; this lets you make bulk changes with ease.
Your online shop likely contains a lot of products each with a large amount of information. For this reason, you will need to scroll down the page to view the rest of your products.
Likewise, you can also scroll right (using the horizontal scrollbar) letting you access all the product information available to edit.
Drag & Drop
One of the newest features for Advanced Inventory Manager means that you can now drag and drop products between categories. Clicking and holding the icon to the left of a product’s tick box lets you drag that product over to a category in the left-hand menu.
By selecting multiple products (using the tick boxes provided) you can drag more than one product to a new category.
[remember]This will move the selected products meaning they will no longer be found in their current category.[/remember]
Not only can you drag and drop products but you can even drag and drop entire categories and their contents inside other categories!
In the left-hand menu, simply click and drag the category to its new location. You can drop the category inside another category to make it a sub-category and even drag subcategories up a level turning them into top-level categories.
Drag & drop lets you move your products and categories around at lightning speed. And it couldn't be simpler!
After selecting a product (by clicking its tick box) the Product Actions button becomes active.
Clicking it lets you toggle the Adjust Price, Move, Copy and Category Manage functions.
