To access the outgoing emails section of your EKM account, head over to Settings > Outgoing Emails.
Here you will find all of the settings you will need to configure for emails going out to your customers.
Basic Email Setup
Shop Owner Email Address
Enter the email address you wish to be associated without your online shop. This email address will appear to customers when they receive emails from you.
Here you will choose whether emails sent to your customers will appear in plain text or HTML.
Enable Captcha On Contact Form
A Captcha requires customers to enter text into a text box to prove that they are not a 'robot' and a genuine user. here you will choose whether to enable a Captcha form.
(Please add the [ekm:captcha][/ekm:captcha] tag to all FORMMAIL forms before enabling.)
Here you can edit all of the outgoing email templates that go to your customers. You have two tabs:
-Shop Owner Email
-Order Placed Email
-Email Template for Order Status Updates
-Abandoned Cart Email after One Day
-Abandoned Cart Email after One Hour
-Abandoned Cart Email after Two Days
-Email Template for Back In Stock
