The EKM traffic light system allows you to configure an 'at-a-glance' way of checking order status within the customer section.
1. In order to configure these you need to go to your Payment Gateway configuration page under Settings > Payment Gateways and clicking Configure next to the Payment Gateway you wish to set up.
2. Expand the Payment Status Traffic Lights section and you'll then see the following:-
2. This lists all of the possible payment status that can be reported back by the gateway that you're configuring. You then need to select the traffic light colour that you wish to display for that particular status being reported back. If you need further information as to what each status means, you would need to contact the individual payment gateways for confirmation of this.
Once you have configured these, if a customer pays by a traffic light enabled Payment Gateway you will then see the status colour displayed next to the order when viewing them on the Orders section.
