This facility gives you the ability to send order status emails to your customers in bulk, saving you going through each order and sending your customers confirmation. For instance, if you changed the status of 20 orders to Dispatched, you can send the order confirmation to all 20 customers in a matter of seconds.
1. To do this you simply need to navigate to your list of orders in the Setting > Orders > View Orders. In there you will see a list of users who have placed orders.
You will also notice that next to them they all display a tick box which, if many are selected, will allow you send order status update emails to them in one go.
2. You do this by clicking the Update Status button at the bottom of the orders page, which then asks what Status you wish to change those orders to.
3. Once the status is selected, you will be asked if you wish to send an email or not:
4. You can also send an email to the user directly, by clicking on an order and then View on the Billing Details section. In the next page, you will see a Communication tab that allows you to send an email to that user.
