After logging into your EKM account, you will be greeted with the Dashboard. The dashboard will show you your progress in building your online shop, EKM news, latest offers and other useful information that will help you on your way. In this guide, we will touch on all of the different areas within the EKM interface and give an introduction into the platform.

Imagine this as the front-end of your shop. This is the point of contact between you and your customers. The shop section will contain all of your categories and products. Editing and of the other tabs or back end will by some distinction have an effect on what you see on your Shop tab.
You'll also notice that next to each product and category you can see a small edit button. Clicking on this will give you the option of editing, deleting or reordering your products. These functions are covered in more detail in the adding/editing products section.
This section shows you all of the orders placed by customers on your shop and is where you will find contact details for all of your customers. Within this section, you will have the options to View Orders, Add Quote, View Customers and Add Customer.

Once you are happy with your shops design, you will then need to complete the Marketing Steps that will help your site get some recognition online and get customers flowing through.

Aside from editing elements, the design section is where you will visit if you wish to change the aesthetics of your shop.
You will have the ability to change the colour of different parts of your shop using this feature. You will have 22 different theme colours that you can change which will all correlate to a unique part of your shop.
This easy to use feature allows you to create your own company branding/logo in a matter of minutes. Simply click on the drop down, then either Create Logo or Upload.

Your mobile shop settings will control how your customers see your shop if they type in your domain name through a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone.

The settings section is where you can change items that relate to the Checkout, Cart, Payment Processing Details and Stock Control.
You can also edit the billing details that we use to take your shop subscription from, and view your billing and invoices.
