We have recently made some essential updates which will affect customers using a Barclaycard payment gateway.
What are the effects?
Your gateway still works and will continue to accept payments, however, the impact of these changes will mean that order statuses are not being passed back to your EKM account from the Barclaycard payment gateway.
What do I need to do?
To ensure that you Barclaycard gateway still works as it should, please follow the following instructions:
1. Start by logging in to your Barclaycard account:

Configuration > Technical Information > Transaction feedback
-Tick the box that says "I would like to receive transactional feedback parameters on the redirection URL's."
-Untick the box that says "I would like Barclaycard ePSQ to display a short text to the customer on the secure payment page if a redirection to my website is detected immediately after the payment process."
-Further down the page, under Direct HTTP server-to-server request:, set the Timing of the request to "Always online (immediately after payment)".
-In the two text boxes that follow, enter the URL provided on the previous email (for both). The URL will look like the following:
The number 2 represents the server you are and will vary. This will be specified on the email you have received from us about this matter.
-Set the Request method to POST
At the bottom of the page, find the text box labelled SHA-OUT phrase. Again, enter the secret password (SHA1 Passphrase) that you have saved above.
-Save the changes.
[remember]The following section may not be available for all BarclayCard ePDQ customers. Please contact Barclaycard if you're unsure of your current ePDQ subscription. Adding a dynamic template is not required for Barclaycard ePDQ to work.[/remember]
-Finally, click into 'Global Security Parameters' and scroll down to the 'Template' section.
Firstly, ensure that 'Allow usage of dynamic template' is set to 'Yes' and then add the following endpoint to 'Trusted website hostname hosting the dynamic template' near the bottom of the page:
